Family Day Care - Published: 01 Feb 2005 Bland/Temora Family Day Care Scheme is sponsored by the Bland Shire Council. The Sponsor is responsible for the overall running of the Scheme. The Scheme has been operating in the Bland Shire since 1985 and in the Temora Shire since 1991. The Scheme is licensed through the State Government, Department of Community Services, and is funded through the Federal Government, Department of Family, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA).
