Business Papers & MinutesOrdinary Council meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month commencing at 6.30pm. Correspondence for the meeting should reach Council by the second Tuesday of the month. Copies of the Business Paper are displayed at the Council's General Office or in this section of the web site from the Thursday prior to the meeting. Interested members of the public are invited to attend ordinary Council meetings and have the opportunity to have their say during the public forum at the start of the meeting.
