Can a resident's contract be terminated? Under what conditions?

A. Residents may terminate their occupancy agreement with a minimum of seven days written notice.

B. If the management are concerned that the Hostel would be unable to safely care for a resident due to changing physical or mental health needs further assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Team would be sought to identify the most suitable arrangements for the resident.  The residents contract is also terminated by the resident if the resident dies or abandons the residential premises.
