Calls for New Wagga Base Hospital

Daryl Maguire Member for Wagga Wagga has called on the New South Wales Treasurer and the New South Wales Minister for Health to honour the government’s promises and commitments to build a new Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. In launching the petition, Mr Maguire called on the Government to provide public funding, or negotiate a commercial arrangement, and nominate a start date for the construction of a new Wagga Wagga Base Hospital in this parliamentary term. As key users of the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, the petition has been forwarded to Bland Shire Council and local residents have been requested to sign the document. Petitions are available for signing at the Bland Shire Council Chambers, Bland Medical Centre and Main Street Medical Centre and need to be signed as soon as possible.
