Public Exhibition of Draft Amendments to the Bland LEP 2011

Council is currently undertaking a review of land use and zoning across the Bland Local Government Area.  During this review it was evident that there were some minor amendments required to the Bland Local Environmental Plan 2011.  These amendments aim to address shortages currently identified, and are mainly focused on readily available industrial and residential land.

The planning proposal intends to make the following amendments -

Inclusion of function centres as an additional permitted use on Lot 4 DP752319.

 

Council has recently submitted a planning proposal for these amendments to the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and has received a gateway determination requiring Council to place proposal on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.  The exhibition period is 4 September 2017 to 2 October 2017.
