Industrial Land Available

Council has a demonstrated commitment to developing the industrial business base of the Bland Shire region.  Council has developed a two stage industrial estate to assist new and existing businesses find suitable land space to establish their operations.

Central Road Industrial Estate is strategically positioned in West Wyalong, located only a short distance off the Newell Highway to ensure businesses are well placed to maximise opportunities for growth and exposure.

Stage One of the Central Road Industrial Estate was completed over five years ago and is now home to a range of successful businesses in a variety of industries including landscaping, concreting and self-locking storage sheds.

Stage Two development of the estate has now also been completed with 2.12 ha of vacant land housing lots of varying sizes available for immediate sale.

All lots are competitively priced and are serviced with electricity, sewerage and water.  A combination of lots can be purchased to ensure suitable area and configuration for your business.  Opportunities also exist for those interested in building industrial premises and making them available for lease.
