Residential Land and Housing Investment Opportunities

There is currently a steady demand for housing in West Wyalong and Wyalong.  Opportunities exist for those looking to relocate to the area as well as those looking to make a residential property investment.

Council recently acquired 13 residential blocks situated in various locations in West Wyalong and Wyalong.  These blocks are now available for sale through local real estate agents.  All blocks are offered in 'as is' condition with water and sewerage connected to the property boundary at Council's cost.  All other service connections (e.g. telecommunications, electricity, gas etc) are available by extension as the purchaser's responsibility.
