Rest assured all Educators registered with Bland/Temora Family Day Care have a professional understanding of children’s developmental care needs as they hold or are actively working towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Your child’s safety is paramount to us; the Coordination Unit conducts home safety checks regularly and all Educators hold a qualification in ‘Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting’. Educators and their adult household members hold a cleared Working with Children Check. Qualified and experienced Coordination Unit staff mentor, support and monitor Educators through regular visits.
