Vacation Care
Bland Shire Vacation Care program provides primary school aged children with a fun, stimulating, creative, safe and supervised place to hang out in the holidays. Activities vary each holidays and range from crafts, games, excursions, incursions, cooking, music, sports and much more.
Experienced Educators offer a program based on the My Time Our Place framework with a focus on children’s interests, child and family feedback, current trends, leisure and fun with friends.
We are committed to ensuring that our vacation care program is affordable and therefore the price per day as advertised on our program is inclusive of all activities, meaning once you have paid for your enrolled days there will be no further costs.
Bland Shire Vacation Care is a licenced service. Each child is required to be enrolled prior to attendance; and must be signed in and out of the service on arrival and pickup each day.
We commence advertising our Vacation Care program approximately 4 weeks prior to the school holidays. Keep an eye out, on our website and Children Services Unit Facebook page, in the local newspaper and local school newsletters for our latest program.
