Pay Online

You can now pay your Council rates online.

Simply enter your Property ID, the amount you wish to pay and your preferred payment option and payment can be processed in a matter of seconds

In Person

Pay by cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card at Council's office, 6 Shire St. West Wyalong or any Australia Post branch.

BPAY

Please contact your financial institution to arrange for BPAY payments to be made directly from your bank account. For more information visit BPAY - pay at any post office branch, by phoning 13 18 16 or go to http://www.postbillpay.com.au/

Direct Debit

Download and submit the Direct Debit Request Form(PDF, 242KB) to arrange for your rates to be direct debited from your account.

QUARTERLY payments will be automatically deducted on the due dates as per the current Annual Rate Notice (End of August, November, February and May)

MONTHLY payments will be automatically deducted on the first day of the month 

Centrepay

Use Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Centrepay is a voluntary and free payment option available to Centrelink customers.

Go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/centrepay for more information on how to set up your Centrepay deductions.

Council rates can be paid by instalment. The instalment dates are at the end of August, November, February and May.
 

Pensioner Concession Rates Rebates

Concession card holders may be eligible for a rates rebate.

Land Values and Council Rates

The Valuer General is an independent statutory officer responsible for providing impartial land values.
Councils use land values as a way to distribute rates across their local government area.
