DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

DESIGNATED DEVELOPMENT

Development Application DA2020/0004 was lodged with Bland Shire Council on 12 July 2019 and seeks development consent to increase extraction rate from 100,000 tonnes per annum to 250,000 tonnes per annum.  The applicant is Millers Metals.  The description of the land is Lot 51 DP749271, Lot 24 DP750617 and Lot 52 DP749271, 331 Wargin Road, Wyalong.  The proposed development is considered designated development.  The consent authority is Western Joint Regional Planning Panel.

The development proposal is also Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

during the relevant authority’s ordinary office hours, between 7 August 2019 to 9 September 2019.

Any person during the period specified may make written submissions to Bland Shire Council concerning the development application, and if a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.

Any submission must be received by Council by the close of business on 9 September 2019.
