Welcome to Bland Shire Children Services Unit

Bland Shire Children Services Unit is a central hub for early and middle childhood community based services offered throughout the Bland Shire. Our team of caring and dedicated early education professionals work collaboratively to offer a variety of child and family oriented programs with a focus on learning through play to support children’s development and to foster a love of learning.

Bland Preschool

Bland Shire Preschool is a community based not for profit service, providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for children.

Mobile Resource Unit

Bland Shire Council Mobile Resource Unit currently offers family play sessions and Long Day Care / Preschool sessions of care.

It Takes A Village ITAV

Bland Shire It Takes A Village - ITAV is a Targeted Earlier Intervention Program (TEI) offered by Bland Shire Council and funded by the Department of Communities and Justice.

Toy Library

Toy Library is a community service managed by Bland Shire Children Services Unit. The service provides an easy to borrow resource for families and carers within the Bland district.

Bland Shire Playgroup

Mobile Resource Unit provides a Playgroup service to the Bland Shire. community.
