Australia Day in the Bland Shire

Each year, Bland Shire Council invites residents to celebrate the spirit of our community by nominating outstanding individuals for the Australia Day Awards. These awards recognise remarkable contributions made either during the past year or over many years by people who help make the Bland Shire a vibrant and connected place to live. Past recipients of these prestigious honours are listed below, and the newest award winners are announced at the Australia Day Ceremony on 26 January each year.
