Council Meeting Minutes and Agendas
Council meetings are generally held on the third Tuesday of each month with the exception of January when no meeting is held.
Business Papers will be available on Council's website and may also be inspected at Council’s office and in the Library from the Friday prior to each monthly meeting.
The Council Meetings are open to the public and members of the public are invited to address the Council on items of business to be considered at the meeting. The COVID-19 requirements for four square metres of space for each person will be applied.
Persons interested in addressing Council during the Public Forum are to be in the meeting room 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting. They must convey to the General Manager or their delegate, their wish to address the Council and identify the item of business on the agenda and whether they wish to speak ‘for’ or ‘against’ the item. Each address is to be for a maximum of three (3) minutes in length.
