Register of notices under Protection of the Environment Operations Act

Bland Shire Council maintains a register with details of matters under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 section 308, with details of matters published as required under the legislation. The register is available for inspection at Council’s Office by appointment, please contact Council on 02 6972 2266 or council@blandshire.nsw.gov.au to arrange a time to inspect the register. Please note that Council is the regulatory authority for only part of the Act, and the EPA is authority for Environmental Protection Licenses. The EPA register can be found here.
